Irresponsible Dog Owners to be Targeted in National Park

Litterbugs and irresponsible dog owners face fines or court action under a new scheme being introduced in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Craven District Council and the Yorkshire Dale National Park Authority (YDNPA) have launched a pilot scheme in the Lower Wharfedale area to tackle some of the anti-social behaviour that impacts on both locals and visitors to the area.
